The University of Kansas announced Thursday it has embarked on a groundbreaking partnership with Oak View Group (OVG), a leader in global sports and entertainment, as the stadium operator for the Gateway District and reimagined David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.

Kansas and Baylor were into the top of the eighth inning Saturday before inclement weather moved into the area to stop play. The game will be resumed on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. CT and the final game of the series will follow approximately 30 minutes after the final out.

Led by a career-low round of 69 from sophomore Amy DeKock, the Kansas women's golf team sits in sixth place at +18 at the Big 12 Championship after shooting a five-over 289 at the Houston Oaks Country Club on Friday afternoon. DeKock sits in a tie for seventh at +1 in her conference championship debut.

The No. 7-seeded Kansas women’s golf team wrapped up day one of the Big 12 Championship Thursday afternoon at Houston Oaks Country Club in eighth place, shooting +13 as a team with two rounds left to play.

Standout transfer guards Zeke Mayo and AJ Storr have signed financial aid agreements to play basketball at Kansas, KU head coach Bill Self announced today. Entering the 2024-25 season, Mayo will be a senior, while Storr will be a junior at KU.

The Kansas Jayhawks (27-14-1, 11-7 Big 12) are back at home and play host to No. 1 Texas (35-6, 14-4 Big 12) in a three-game series from April 19-21 at Arrocha Ballpark. This is the second time this season Kansas has hosted the No. 1 team in the country and KU’s seventh conference series of the season.

Kansas Baseball will head south this weekend as the Jayhawks will take on the Baylor Bears in a three-game weekend series that starts on Friday at 6:30 p.m. CT. KU is riding a four-game winning streak heading into the weekend.

The Kansas Track and Field team will be hosting the 101st annual Kansas Relays from April 18-20 on their home track at Rock Chalk Park.
