High School: Was all-district as a senior... Earned team's MVP honor and was a team captain... Had 48 receptions for 609 yards and five touchdowns as a senior... Recorded 30 catches for 320 yards and three touchdowns as a junior... Also played quarterback... Competed in track and field and was second in the district in the high jump.
