Career Honors: 2008: KU Unselfish Award 2008 (Fr.): Earned KU's Don Fambrough Unselfish Player award... A talented and versatile true freshman who started the season at wide receiver before moving to cornerback for the last half of the year... Started two games at wide receiver and then started the final six games of the year at cornerback... Was also the team's punt returner all season... Is believed to be one of just three players in the NCAA to have started on offense and defense during the season... In seven games at corner he recorded 21 tackles, while breaking up two passes...
