2010 (Fr.): Started seven games at quarterback in his first season... Started games two through seven before being injured in the Texas A&M game and missing three contests... Came off the bench against Oklahoma State and then started the season finale against Missouri... Was 121 of 214 for 1,195 yards and seven touchdowns in nine appearances... His 1,195 passing yards were the second most by a freshman in KU history... His 56.5 completion percentage tied for 10th in KU history.... Came off the bench in his first game at KU and was six of 11 for 59 yards against North Dakota State... In first collegiate start against Georgia Tech he was 18 of 29 for 179 yards and three touchdowns... Best game statistically was 249 yards vs. New Mexico State... Also threw for 228 yards against Kansas State. |
