LAWRENCE, Kan. -- Several Kansas football defensive coaches and players were made available to the media following practice on Wednesday in the Chancellor's Lounge at Anderson Family Football Complex. The Jayhawks discussed their opening night win over South Dakota State and looked ahead to Saturday's matchup with Rice.

The Jayhawks will face the Rice Owls at 2:30 p.m., Saturday at Memorial Stadium/Kivisto Field. The game will be televised by Fox Sports Net.
