KU Football Coach Mark Mangino Accepts A Ball From A Nebraska Fraternity

Members of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity ran more than 220 miles Thursday and Friday to deliver a football from the steps of Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Neb. to Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kan.
Jayhawk Head Coach Mark Mangino accepted the ball Friday afternoon. The UNL fraternity made the run to raise funds for the TeamMates Mentoring Program. The program was started by former Nebraska football coach and current athletics director Tom Osborne.
