Kansas (7-5 overall, 4-4/3rd Big 12 North) will play Minnesota (7-5 overall, 3-5/t-6th Big 10) in the 20th annual Insight Bowl in Tempe, Ariz. on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008... Kickoff is slated for 5 p.m. Central (4 p.m. Mountain) and the game will be televised on the NFL Network as well as WDAF (Fox 4) in Kansas City... Kansas is playing in a bowl game in consecutive seasons for the first time in school history... KU is making its fourth bowl appearance in the last six years...
