Jayhawks Tied for Fifth After Round One at Kansas Invitational

LAWRENCE, Kan. - Click Here for Complete Results Ian Anson fired an opening-round 72 at the Kansas Invitational at Alvamar Golf Club (par-72, 7092 yards) to lead the Kansas men’s golf team to a tied for fifth place finish after round one.
Kansas shot a first-round 297 as a team. UC-Davis leads the event after round one with a score of 290.
Nate Pistacchio of UC-Davis and Brett Iliff of UMKC both fired first-round 69’s to top the individual leaderboard.
