Made KU's all-time record in exhibition games 41-9 overall and 35-9 in Allen Fieldhouse.
Marked the Jayhawks 15th-straight exhibition win.
Improved Bonnie Henrickson to 16-1 in home exhibition games at Kansas.
INDIVIDUAL NOTES: Senior Carolyn Davis scored six of KU's first eight points and led KU with eight points at halftime.
Freshman Lamaria Cole played in her first college career game and finished with two points, one steal and one rebound.
Junior transfer Markisha Hawkins also played her first game for the Jayhawks and posted three rebounds.
Senior Angel Goodrich finished the game scoring 11 points, six assists and six steals.
Both Goodrich and sophomore Natalie Knight finished the game with 11 points.
TEAM NOTES: KU used the starting lineup of senior Angel Goodrich, sophomore Catherine (Bunny) Williams, senior Monica Engelman, senior Carolyn Davis and sophomore Natalie Knight. In the second half sophomore Chelsea Gardner replaced Davis in the starting lineup.
The Jayhawks are 5-0 versus Washburn in exhibition contests dating back to 2000. In the teams' last meeting in 2010, KU defeated the Lady Blues, 80-46.
KU leads the regular-season series with Washburn, 10-1. The Jayhawks won the first nine meetings dating back to 1970, but Washburn posted a 62-59 win over KU on Dec. 2, 2004 in the last game between the two schools.
Six of the eleven KU players who entered the game scored points during the first half and eight scored in the game.
The Jayhawks scored 19 of their 31 points in the first half off of turnovers.
Kansas out scored Washburn 15-0 during a five minute run in the second half.
The Jayhawks out-scored the Lady Blues 40-18 in the paint and had their biggest lead of 22 points in the second half.
