Crystal Kemp and Taylor McIntosh tied up Missouri's Carlynn Savant.

 A Missouri defender had to use her foot to stop Erica Hallman's entry pass.

 Crystal Kemp scored 27 points to lead the Jayhawks.
Erica Hallman added 19 points for KU.

 Aquanita Burras broke away for an easy layup in the second half.

 With the game winding down, Coach Bonnie Henrickson discussed strategy with Burras.
Blair Waltz battled for a defensive stop late in the game.

 Taylor McIntosh fought for a late rebound.
