Several Women's Basketball Camps To Choose From This Summer

LAWRENCE, Kan. – It’s not too late to sign up for a Kansas women’s basketball camp this summer. KU head coach Bonnie Henrickson is offering several different training programs in June and July for kids as young as first grade all the way up through high school. For more information on camps and to register, visit www.bonnieball.com. Elite camp opens the summer June 7-9 and is designed for the committed basketball player at the high school level wanting to improve their individual skills. June 24-27 KU will host its individual camp, which emphasizes the fundamental skills of the game, open to girls entering grades five through 12. Girls and boys entering grades one through five can attend the Junior Jayhawk Camp, July 16-19. Henrickson will conclude the summer hosting the Jayhawk Team Jamboree open to high school varsity, junior varsity and AAU teams. All camps will take place in historic Allen Fieldhouse on the campus of the University of Kansas.
