A welcome to all the new Hardwood Club members and a thank you to all that joined us again this year. I would like to thank the Hardwood Club's Board members for their time commitment throughout the year. You have put together events for the club that has created awareness and enthusiasm for Kansas Women's Basketball. The club's energy is exciting and contagious!! Keep up the great work. The HWC is the booster club for women's basketball at the University of Kansas. Jayhawk basketball is heading into another very promising season. With support from family, friends and fans - the team will continue to strive for excellence in the community, on the court and in the classroom. As members of the HWC, you will work together with the KU Williams Educational Fund to ensure opportunities for the women's basketball program. You will be able to meet with the players and the staff and join in on the exciting events and activities planned throughout the season. Your voice and presence is just as important as any financial contribution.
