AUSTIN, Texas -

The University of Kansas women's golf team is in 17th place at the Betsy Rawls Invitational in Austin, Texas at the University of Texas golf club.  The Jayhawks shot a second round 330 to give them a two-day total of 659.

                                                                     

Arkansas leads the tournament after a two round total of 611 followed by Duke with a 614.

 

KU is currently led by sophomore Amanda Costner who is tied for 50th with a 162.  Junior Meredith Winkelmann is tied for 59th after a two-day total of 164.  Junior Chelsey Pryor remains in a tie for 76th after a two round total of 167.  Sophomore Jill Womble is tied for 87th after she totaled a 170.  Freshman Annie Giangrosso is tied for 96th after posting a two round total of 176.  Junior Tiffany Woods, who is competing as an individual, is in a tie for 91st with a 173.
