Women's Golf Moves Into 8th At Lady Razorback Invitational

ROGERS, Ark. - The University of Kansas women's golf team is in 8th place, in a 19-team field, after shooting a 310 in the second round of the Lady Razorback Invitational to post a 626 two-round total at Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Ark. Iowa State continues to lead the tournament with a 601 total, followed by Missouri with a 611. Junior Tiffany Woods leads the Jayhawks after shooting a second round 75 to move into a tie for 20th. Junior Chelsey Pryor carded a 75 in the second round and is tied for 34th. Sophomore Amanda Costner and freshman Annie Giangrosso are tied for 39th after firing second round 80's. Sophomore Jill Womble shot a second round 82 and is tied for 47th. "It was very windy out on the course today," head coach Erin O'Neil said. "We moved up a couple of spots but we hope to improve even more tomorrow."
