Jayhawks Head to Chrysler Challenge

Rounds one and two, Feb. 24-25, will tee-off at 7 a.m. CST, while the final round, Feb. 26, begins with a shotgun start at 7 a.m. CST. "Fortunately the weather here has been nice the last few days, which has allowed us to get some time outside," head coach Erin O'Neil said. "There is no doubt it has helped our confidence, and I am looking forward to heading down to Florida." Senior Amanda Costner, junior Annie Giangrosso and freshmen Meghan Gockel, Emily Powers and Camilla Svensson will compete for KU. The Jayhawks opened up spring competition in Ensenada, Mexico, Feb. 5-6, at the Baja Invitational. They finished in a nine-place tie with North Texas with a two-round score of 639 (322-317).
