Gockel Advances In Southern Amateur Women's Golf Event

KINGWOOD, Texas - Kansas women's golfer Meghan Gockel advanced into match play at the 93rd Women's Southern Golf Association Amateur Championship on Monday. Gockel tied for 23rd place in the one-round stroke play on Monday as the top 32 finishers moved on to match play,which will run Tuesday through Friday.
