2004: Continued to improve as the coxswain of the 2nd Varsity 8 boat that won first place at the Kansas Cup... Earned first place in the Grand Finals at the Knecht Cup... Notched a third-place finish in the C Finals at the South-Central Regionals. 2003: Joined the rowing team in her junior year and was coxswain for the 1st Novice 8 boat that placed third in the Knecht Cup Grand Finals... Earned first place finishes against Kansas State and at the Big 12 Invitational... Notched a first place finish in the Petite Finals of the South-Central Regionals... Named a Jayhawk Scholar and earned a spot on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll during the fall and spring semesters. High School: Attended Central High School in Burden where she was a four-year letter winner in volleyball and track... Was a two-year letter winner in basketball... Set school record in track her senior season in the 4X800 event... Excelled in the classroom where she earned National English and Math Merit Awards... Was a member of the National Honor Society...
