Kansas Rowing Places 37 on Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll
March 27, 2012 LAWRENCE, Kan. - Thirty-seven members of the University of Kansas rowing team have been named to the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll it was announced by Commissioner Britton Banowsky Tuesday. Student-athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better. A record 2,433 student-athletes have earned recognition on the Commissioner's Honor Roll during the 2011-12 academic year. This year's Jayhawk members include five seniors, two juniors, 13 sophomores and 17 freshmen. This is the second-straight season that the rowing team has put at least 37 on the Commissioner's Honor Roll.
