Jayhawks Play No. 6 Texas to 0-0 Draw

AUSTIN, Texas - The Jayhawks, now unbeaten in their last four matches away from the Jayhawk Soccer Complex, move to 4-9-4 overall and 2-2-3 in the Big 12. The four draws are a team record for one season. The Longhorns are now 11-2-3 overall and 4-1-2 in the conference. Quinn made several key saves throughout the match as the Jayhawks were out shot 17-12 and had six fewer corner kicks (7-1). Quinn was tested often in the first half, making four saves. None were bigger than her sprawling save on The Jayhawks had chances of their own as they out shot KU tested the Longhorns goalkeeper, Dianna Pfenninger on several occasions with the closest encounter occurring in the dying seconds of the second overtime. Following a Quinn's shut out marks the first time this season that the Jayhawks have kept their opponent of the scoreboard in consecutive contests. The Jayhawks also set a team record with their sixth overtime match this season and are now 1-1-4 when playing past regulation. The Jayhawks now return home for the final three regular season matches.
