With the Big 12 title on the line, coach Mark Francis and the Jayhawks lined up for the most significant match in KU's soccer history Friday afternoon.

Lauren Williams was one of seven seniors honored before the match with Iowa State.

KU seniors - Gabby Quiggle, Lauren Williams, Meghan Miller, Stacy Leeper, Rachel Gilfillan, Amy Geha and Monica Brothers.

Senior Stacy Leeper was introduced to the crowd for the final time during a regular season match.

Senior Rachel Gilfillan scored KU's first goal.

Gilfillan then caught teammate Afton Sauer as the goal celebration began.

Caroline Smith kept her eye on the ball for KU's next two goals against the Cyclones.

Gabby Quiggle moved the ball down field as she closed out her home regular season career.

Michelle Rasmussen and Lauren Williams combined to thwart Iowa State's offense.
