Four-time letter winner at Shawnee Heights Senior High in Tecumseh, Kan. under coach Steve Giddens... An All-State First Team honoree in her senior season... Was named All-City, All-League and a State Softball Academic Award Winner in her final three seasons... Won the Gold Glove Award her sophomore season... in her junior and senior seasons, she led the state in home runs, set the school record for home runs and was team MVP... Awarded the Team RBI Award, and served as the team captain... Also lettered twice in volleyball and three times in basketball.
