Catcher Tiffany Craner, pitcher Kassie Humphreys and first baseman Nicole Washburn celebrated KU's victory over Nebraska that earned the Jayhawks a trip to the Big 12 Championship game.

Third baseman Val Chapple fired a throw to first over Humphreys.

Serena Settlemier raced to first on her base hit.

Destiney Frankenstein was safe on a throwing error in the seventh inning.

Coach Tracy Bunge kept Nettie Fierros smiling before her at bat that helped pick up an insurance run in the seventh.

Frankenstein, who scored both of KU's unearned runs, celebrated after scoring the second run.

Kassie Humphreys pitched the Jayhawks into the championship.

Before the final out, Humphreys confered with her catcher Craner.

Humphreys let out a cheer as the final out was recorded.

Happy Jayhawks celebrated in Oklahoma City.

Coach Bunge and the team hope to pull together for one more victory Saturday in the championship game.
