2011-12 (Freshman)
Used primarily as a sprinter... Placed second in the 50-meter long course freestyle at the Mayaguez Invitational (1/7)... Finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in a dual meet with Nebraska (1/14), with a time of 24.53, and swam the first leg on the 200-yard freestyle relay team that took second (1:37.74)... Finished third in the 50-yard freestyle, with a time of 24.77, in a dual meet against Arkansas (1/21)... Finished the year with season-best times in the 100-yard freestyle (51.45, 12th), the 50-yard freestyle (23.98, 23rd) and the 100-yard breastroke (1:05.96, 21st) at the Big 12 Championships (2/22-25)... Also swam the anchor leg on the 200-yard medley relay (1:41.68) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:32.91) teams that set season best times and placed fourth.

High School (Gimnazija Bezigrad): Member of the Slovenian National team in 2008-09... Swam for club team (Ilirija Ljubljana) and coach Ales Cerknovik.

Personal: Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia... Parents are Katarina and Filip... Has an older brother Miha, who was a competitive skier.
