2010-11 (Junior): Swam to two career best times at the 2011 Big 12 Championships in the 100 butterfly (55.51) and 200 butterfly (2:03.15). Also compiled season best performance in the 50 freestyle (24.41)... Took home third place in 200 yard freestyle (1:54.99) and second in 100 yard butterfly (57.66) against Nebraska... Finished third in 100 fly with 57.80 time against Arkansas and third in 200 fly (2:06.79) at Vanderbilt... Placed fourth in 50-meter butterfly (29.25) at Orange Bowl Swim Classic... Finished with 56.22 time in 100 fly at Georgia Fall Invitational... In dual meet against Missouri, finished first in 100 butterfly (56.99) and earned a season best time in the 200 freestyle (1:54.80). 2008-09 (Freshman): A promising freshman that provided solid depth in the butterfly and freestyle events... Placed 20th in the 200 yard butterfly (2:06.23), 23rd in the 50 yard freestyle (24.23), and 24th in the 100 yard butterfly (56.74) at the 2009 Big 12 Championships... Her 100 yard butterfly time was the fifth-best time by a Jayhawk on the year... Other top performances came in a third place finish in the 200 yard butterfly at the triangular meet against South Dakota and Northern Iowa... Sister, Anne, was a senior swimmer during the 2008-09 season. High School (Westview): A four-year swimming letterwinner in high school... Also earned a letter in track... High school won the state championship all four years of her career at the 6A level... A member of the 2005 All-American relay team. Personal: Parents are Jim and Mary Liggett...
