2012-13 (Senior) Voted team co-captain... Academic All-Big 12 Second Team... Finished third in the 200-yard backstroke, with a time of 2:08.15, in a dual at Hawaii (1/18)... Closed out the year with a season-best time in the 200-yard backstroke (2:04.54) at the Big 12 Championships to finish 19th.
2011-12 (Junior) Specialized in the backstroke...Placed third in the 100-yard backstroke, with a time of 1:00.48, in a double-dual meet with host Northern Iowa and North Dakota (10/22)... Finished the season with a 13th-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.94) and a 16th-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke (57.61), at the Big 12 Championships (2/22-25).
2010-11 (Sophomore) Had her best meet of the season at the 2011 Big 12 Championships where she swam a career best time in the 100 backstroke (57.00) and a season best in the 50 freestyle (24.67)... Took fourth in the 100 backstroke (59.32) against Arkansas... Claimed second in 200 backstroke, (2:05.10) and third, with 58.68 time in 100 backstroke versus Vanderbilt... Came in second at 100 meter backstroke (1:06.21) at Orange Bowl Swim Classic... At the Georgia Fall Invitational, swam a season best in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:03.14... Swam to a 59.14 time and third place finish in 100 backstroke against Drury/North Dakota.
2009-10 (Freshman) Placed 19th in the 100-yard backstroke (57.37), recording a career-best time of 57.09 in the preliminary round at the Big 12 Championships... Also finished in 23rd place in the 200-yard backstroke (2:06.42) at the same meet... Took third in the 100 backstroke against Nebraska (58.75) and Drury (59.74)... Took fifth in the 100 backstroke (59.62) at the UCLA/Fresno State double dual... Helped earn seven points in three relays at the Big 12 relays.
High School (Home-Schooled) Was a member of the Lawrence Aquahawks club team under coach Mike Soderling... Qualified for Junior Nationals all four years of highschool and made Senior Nationals sophomore year... A Top 8 finalist at Junior Nationals in the 200 yard backstroke... Had several top 8 finishes at Region 8 Championships.
Personal Born in Grand Rapids, Mich... Parents are Dan and Tina Rudman... A pre-physical therapy major... Plans on becoming a physical therapist after graduation.
