2008-09 (Freshman): A promising freshman that showed tremendous improvement over the season in the butterfly and I.M. events... Placed 21st in the 200 yard butterfly (2:06.84), 25th in the 100 yard butterfly (57.48) and 28th in the 200 yard I.M. (2:08.97) at the 2009 Big 12 Championships... High School (Wichita North): A four-year letterwinner in swimming, a one-year letterwinner in volleyball... Named first team all-city all four years... Holds four school records... Placed third at the 2007 State Championships in the 100 fly... Finished in the Top 16 at State all four years... North won the city league in 2008. Personal: Parents are Dave and Lynette Vignatelli... Uncle Gene and cousin Brad played football at KU...
