Divers Complete Day One In Houston
Nov. 15, 2012 HOUSTON, Texas – Senior Christy Cash finished with a score of, 229.15, in the three-meter dive to place 36th and lead the Jayhawks in day one of the Phill Hansel Invitational.
Also competing for the Jayhawks, junior Alyssa Golden finished 41st with a score of 225.10, while freshmen Meredith Brownell and Madeline Martin finished with scores of, 204.15 and 189.70, which were good for 46th and 51st, respectively. The diving action will continue tomorrow, when the women compete in the one-meter event, with preliminaries beginning in the morning and finals concluding in the evening.
