Jayhawks Drop 6-1 Decision to No. 15 Texas Tech

Kansas faces West Virginia, Iowa State at home next weekend to finish the regular season.

Fall 2012 (Freshman): Had immediate success upon arriving to Kansas, especially in doubles... Finished the fall season with an 11-3 doubles record in four tournament starts, which tied junior Claire Dreyer for best on the team... Crowned champion of the Tribe Invitational's Michelle O doubles flight while partnered with Dreyer... Also took first in the doubles White Draw at the San Diego State Fall Classic with teammate Victoria Khanevskaya... Recorded notable doubles victories over Big 12 opponents from Kansas State and Iowa State, as well as Washington, San Diego State, James Madison and Wichita State... Went 5-5 in singles, defeating Kansas State's Amina St. Hill in three sets to win Draw C at the second KU Invitational... Also notched singles wins over opponents from Arkansas State, UMKC, Drake and San Diego State during the fall.

Junior Tennis: Active on the junior circuit in Latvia... Won a Latvian National Championship in both singles and doubles... Captured a doubles title in the ITF Riga Openfor the age 18 & under division... Also advanced to the singles semifinal at the ITF Riga Open.
