Fall 2004 (Junior): Finished the fall with a 2-6 record... Started the season with a 2-1 record at the Hurricane Invitational... Went 0-2 in doubles with Smith and 0-1 with Filberth. Spring 2004 (Sophomore): Finished with a 1-15 singles record while adjusting to the rigors of the everyday lineup... Her lone victory came at the Big 12 Tournament against Texas Tech's Hristiyana Gocheva, 6-2, 6-3... Compiled an 0-2 in doubles teamed with Ashley Filberth... Earned the Jayhawk Academic Achievement award and the Hawk Hard Worker award at the team banquet... Named to Academic All-Big 12 Team. Fall 2003 (Sophomore): Had a 2-5 record for the fall... Won her final two matches of the season at the USTA National College Invite... Teamed with Ashley Filberth to go 3-3 in doubles... Had a three match win streak with Filberth. Spring 2003 (Freshman): Joined the team for the spring semester... Had a 2-8 singles record and 2-5 doubles record... Won her first singles match against Maria Svensson of Utah, 4-6, 6-3, (10-8) and her first doubles match the same day with Skoda... Captured her second victory against Colorado in the Big 12 Tournament... Won the Hard Worker Award at the team banquet. High School: Boasted national rankings in Brazil of 10th in singles play.
