Fall 2010 (Freshman): Saw action in the KU Invitational only during fall play... Did not record a win in two singles matches, going 0-2, and went 1-1 in doubles play with partner Amy Barnthouse. High School: Played four years at Salinas (Calif.) High School for head coach Bill Scott... Went undefeated in the T-Cal league for three straight seasons from 2007-2010... Won two straight T-Cal singles championships as a sophomore and a junior (2007-2008)... Was named team MVP as a junior in 2008... Received the Coaches Award as a sophomore and a senior, and the Sportsmanship Award as a senior... An honor roll student. Personal: Born Teagan Seeley in Monterey, Calif... Parents are Matthew and Marilyn... Has one older sister, Cate... Father is a KU alum... Plans to major in English. |
