Former Kansas Volleyball Coach Passes Away
April 18, 2011 LAWRENCE, Kan. - Former coach for the University of Kansas volleyball team Jack Isgur passed away Friday, April 15. Isgur served as the Jayhawks’ head coach for the 1975 season when his team went 32-19-2. Born in Sedalia, Mo., Isgur resided in In 1999, Isgur established the Jack J. Isgur Foundation to award college scholarships to those interested in teaching art, literature and humanities in rural At Isgur’s request, no funeral will be held and his body was donated to University of Missouri School of Medicine.
