Mike Magnusson

Mike Magnusson started at Kansas in July of 2007 and his main responsibilities include coordinating the Williams Education Fund's marketing mix and assisting annual donors as an account representative. In addition, he organizes sales and game day operations for Kansas Athletics' premium seating sections. Magnusson earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in 2008 and a master's from KU in 2010. He was an assistant in the athletics department as a student. Prior to joining Kansas Athletics he was a pro shop assistant at Alvamar Country Club in Lawrence, Kan. Magnusson was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa and attended Blue Valley High School in Stilwell, Kan. He played on the school's football and tennis teams. In his free time, he actively participates in golf, tennis and running. He enjoys being a part of Kansas Athletics fundraising efforts, which directly affect all facets of the student-athlete experience at KU. |
