Welcome to the Williams Education Fund!
Jun. 4, 2012 Welcome! The University of Kansas and its athletics programs have enjoyed a long, proud tradition. Athletics play a key role in the total experience of university life. Due to their high visibility, athletics serve the university as a rallying point for students, faculty, alumni and fans. In order to continue the proud tradition that is Kansas Athletics, we need your support! History The need for a student-athlete scholarship program at KU was recognized early. Dick, Skipper, and Odd Williams organized the first athletics fundraising efforts, the Outland Club, in 1949. In 1973, the Outland Club became known as the Williams Education Fund to honor the Williams Family for their commitment to Kansas Athletics. Why Get Involved?
