Max Aebersold

Bio

Max Aebersold joined the Kansas Athletics staff in July of 2023 as a graduate assistant.

In his role, he serves as the communications contact for Kansas men’s golf, women’s golf, swim and dive, as well as secondary men’s basketball.

During the 2022 fall semester, Aebersold was a full-time intern with the communications depart. Throughout this role, he assisted every fall and winter sport. However, most of his energy was spent on men’s basketball, women’s basketball, football and men’s golf. Aebersold previously worked at the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) as a communications intern.

Originally from Leawood, Kansas, Aebersold graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2022.
