2013: Redshirt Senior Season
The first Two-Time AVCA Division I All-American in Kansas Volleyball history, acquiring Third-Team Honors after the 2013 season… Finished her offensive career first in the Kansas volleyball record book with a .327 career hitting percentage and second all-time with 1,333 kills and 1,769.0 points… On the defensive side of the net, Jarmoc is the record holder for total blocks in a career (555) and block assists in a career (454)… Her 101 solo blocks are second on the all-time leaderboard in both Kansas and Big 12 history… Started 33 matches – 126 consecutive – for the Jayhawks and led the team in kills (382), attack percentage (.320), service aces (26) and blocks (144, 24 solo/120 block assists) on the season… Finished second on the team in kills per set with 3.06… Picked up double-digit kills in 20 matches and had 15 or more kills in 10 matches… Posted a hitting percentage over .300 in 19 matches, surpassed the .500 mark twice and the .600 plateau two times… Had at least one block in each of KU’s 33 matches… Recorded the team’s season-high 25.5 points and her only double-double of the season after 19 kills, one service ace and 10 blocks at Kansas City (9/3)… Started the season with 10 or more kills in nine of KU’s first 10 matches including a team-high 19 kills, one ace, four digs and three blocks in the season opening loss to Central Arkansas (8/30)… Notched a career-high eight digs during KU’s 3-1 victory over Kansas City (9/3)… Stepped up at the Inntowner Invitational with 17 kills to help defeat No. 25 Wisconsin and followed that performance up with season highs in kills (20) and hitting percentage (.515) to lead KU past Bowling Green in the championship match… Named Most Valuable Player of the Inntowner Invitational after averaging 14 kills, a .330 attack percentage and six blocks over three matches… Capped off the championship match of the Kansas Invitational and solidified a spot on the All-Tournament Team with 15 kills, five digs and five blocks in a win against Notre Dame (9/22), that marked the fifth tournament MVP of her career… In the Big 12 Conference opener against TCU (9/28) Jarmoc contributed 10 kills and eight blocks to help defeat the Horned Frogs… Connected for 14 kills on 20 attempts in the Jayhawks’ sweep of Baylor (10/30)… Claimed 10 or more kills in three of KU’s last five matches, including a 16-kill and match-high four service ace effort in Kansas’ NCAA Tournament First Round victory over Wichita State (12/6)… Jarmoc ends her career as the Kansas All-Time leader in postseason service aces with seven.

2012: Redshirt Junior Season
Became the first AVCA All-American in Kansas volleyball history after earning Second-Team honors… Has started every match since her redshirt freshman debut for 105-consecutive starts… Broke KU’s single-season attack percentage record (.386) and enters her senior year as the all-time career leader in attack percentage (.330)… Finished the season with 424 kills and 157 blocks, making her the only Jayhawk to surpass 400 kills and 150 blocks in the same season… Joined teammate Tayler Tolefree as the fourth and fifth Jayhawks to surpass 400 career blocks (411)… Ended the year ranked in the top-10 among the Big 12 in attack percentage (.386, 1st), kills per set (3.45, 4th), blocks (1.28, 4th) and points per set (4.45, 2nd)… Cranked out double-digit kills in 27 of KU’s 33 matches… Led the team with 31 service aces, including a 10-consecutive match streak in which she recorded at least one ace… Combined for 25 kills and hit over .500 in the first two matches of the season… Committed five errors compared to 45 kills in the Kansas Volleyball Invitational to earn Tournament MVP honors (8/31-9/1)… Facing Arizona State (9/7), Jarmoc set a Big 12 record for attack percentage in a three-set match, hitting .824 on 14 kills, no errors and 17 swings… Overwhelmed Xavier (9/15) with 17 kills in three sets (.682 attack percentage)… Busted loose for her first 20-plus kill performance (22) to lead KU past RV Creighton (9/19)… Turned in a .500 attack percentage in the Big 12 opener at Texas Tech (11K-1E-20TA)… Recorded her first career double-double with 11 kills and a personal-best 12 blocks, powering KU past No. 14 Kansas State (10/17)… In her very next outing, chalked up a career-best 23 kills in a win against TCU (10/20); the combined performances earned Jarmoc AVCA/Sports Imports National Player of the Week (10/23)… Flawless against West Virginia (10/29), contributing 10 kills and no errors in the win… Added 11 kills and five blocks in KU’s next meeting with No. 17 Kansas State (11/7)… Led Kansas at home against No. 3 Texas (11/10), tallying 18 kills in the five-set thriller… Finished the regular season hitting .300 or better in eight consecutive matches… In her first NCAA Tournament match, Jarmoc chalked up eight kills and five blocks to power KU past Cleveland State in the first round (11/30)… Contributed 10 kills and tied a career-high with seven digs in KU’s second-round loss to Wichita State (12/1) to close the 2012 season.

2011: Redshirt Sophomore Season
Named AVCA All-Central Region Honorable Mention and All-Big 12 Honorable Mention… Started all 29 matches at middle blocker for the Jayhawks… Finished the season with 324 kills, 79 digs and 139 total blocks… Her 1.25 blocks per set was second in the Big 12… In 2012, ranked second all-time at KU for attack percentage (.311) and block assists (115)… Had 19 double-digit kill matches on the season… Cranked out a career-high .900 attack percentage against Liberty (8/27)… Her career-high nine blocks helped KU upset No. 6 Minnesota (9/10)… Had 12 kills and a .500 hitting percentage against San Diego State (9/16)… Recorded 15 kills with a .367 hitting percentage and tied her season-high with six digs against Valparaiso (9/17)… Tied a career high with 16 kills and a .343 hitting percentage against Baylor (10/1)… Strung together five-straight Big 12 matches of double-digit kills beginning with another career-high mark with 16 kills against Texas A&M (10/8) and concluding against Texas Tech (10/22)… Had another string of five-straight Big 12 double-digit kill matches, starting with the match against No. 9 Texas (11/5) and concluding in the season finale against Baylor (11/26).

2010: Redshirt Freshman Season
After redshirting her first year on the team, came out to become the Jayhawks[apos] top blocker in 2010… One of three players to start all 31 matches… Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection… Led KU with 0.99 bps and a .257 attack percentage at middle blocker… Her 93 block assists were the ninth-most in a KU single season… Had three or more blocks 20 times… Equally as dangerous at the service line, recording 20 aces on the year… Recorded a career-high five aces versus San Francisco on Aug. 28, which tied for the third-most in the Big 12… Led the team with 2.60 kps and a .512 attack percentage during the Jayhawk Classic to earn MVP honors… Reached double-digit kills three times, including a season-high 12 twice- versus Arkansas on Sept. 3 and at Baylor on Oct. 13… Attacked at a .588 clip versus the Razorbacks… Hit over .400 eight times… Blocked a career-best nine balls in the season opener versus Lipscomb on Aug. 27 and again versus Baylor on Nov. 17… Ended the year with a career-high .692 attack percentage for 10 kills at Oklahoma on Nov. 27.

Daughter of Zofia and Jacek Jarmoc… Has one brother, Thomas, and one sister, Patricia… Both parents were born and raised in Poland, giving her a dual citizenship in Canada and Poland… Father played basketball for the Warsaw Politechnic team… Mother was a high jumper for the Poland women’s national team… Her brother plays volleyball at the University of Alberta while her cousin, Joanna, plays volleyball for the University of Calgary… Sister, Patricia, played volleyball at UTEP… Majoring in chemical engineering.
