2013 (Jr.): Redshirted his first year at Kansas.

2011-12 (Fr.-So. at Fort Scott CC): A three-star recruit according to Rivals… Rated as the 69th-best JUCO prospect by Rivals.com… Ranked as the No. 6 JUCO prospect at cornerback by 247Sports… Tabbed First Team NJCAA All-America in 2012… Also named First Team All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference… Played at Fort Scott CC under head coach Curtis Horton… Made 29 tackles, five interceptions and a sack during his sophomore year… Broke the school record for career interceptions (10)… Returned two interceptions for touchdowns in his career… Finished second in the region in kickoff return yards, averaging 28.7 yards per return… Tallied 47 tackles, three pass breakups and five interceptions during his freshman season.

High School: Helped lead Hazelwood High School to back-to-back state titles in 2008 and 2009… Selected to St. Louis American Newspaper’s All-American Team in 2010… Recorded two interceptions in two different games during senior season… Played for head coach Rich Nixon at Hazelwood Central.
